In BMW at last that was officially declassified by details concerning the newest sedan M3. As earlier it was informed, the new sedan which has become by the first four-door car of series M3 from the moment of release of the car with body E36, will be absolutely unlike a usual sedan of a 3-series. Instead, the novelty a forward and back part reminds compartment M3.
But not only appearance unites these two cars – the sedan has borrowed a platform of the three-door colleague, without having forgotten and about the 420-strong 4,0-litre engine. While the basic contenders of compartment M3 in fight for the buyer become Audi RS5 and Mercedes CLK63 AMG, the sedan should compete to such cars, as Lexus IS-F, Audi RS4, and Mercedes C63 AMG.
Unlike compartment M3 and two-door M6, the roof of sedan M3 will not be executed from êàðáîíà that, possibly, will affect car weight. And here 18-inch wheel disks on it will remove from compartment M3.
The car will be simply larded by the systems facilitating for the driver managerial processes and control of the car. Fast access to these functions will be carried out by the special button MDrive located on a steering wheel. |
